Overview

In the past I used to watch scary movies, now I know them to be demonic, but I noticed they always make the demonic, the scary parts as if IT had all power. But that is just not true. What does the bible say?;

Matthew 28:18

“And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

Here Jesus says ALL power is given unto him, not only in heaven but on the earth. If it was not so then Jesus would not say it.

So the power the enemy tries to show off, even more power does our Jesus have.

So then the power the enemy excerpts remember this:

Enemy is so powerful that

  1. He can’t bust down doors: the enemy works through open doors only meaning we have to leave the door open for him in order for him to come in. That’s why in the garden of Eden it was the snake of all animals that was punished, why, because the snake allowed, agreed, and left the door open for satan to enter it. No other animal was punished.

Revelation 12:9

“And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.”

Here the snake is called the devil and also satan. Also note what was a snake in Genesis is now a dragon.

None the less we are to be ready, and discern the traps, wiles of the enemy and to sound the alarm to our brothers and sisters (our testimony).

  1. He uses lies to trick you: True power doesn’t have to lie. The enemy lies all the time and will mix truth with lies to throw you off just like in Genesis. Same strategy after all these years.

Specifications

The enemy loves to copycat our wonderful and loving God. But in a bad way.

God has: drunk in the spirit (supernatural joy)

Enemy has: drunk with alcohol (spirits)

God’s ways don’t have strings negatively attached but the enemy does. You can get drunk with alcohol  and not only will you have to deal with the demonic but then there’s the hangover the next day.

You have the Star of David and then the enemy takes that and makes a pentagram. And the list goes on right.

So often I have seen where the enemy attacks, quite often that’s the area you’re blessed in and will move powerfully in. During prayer I saw this woman’s feet. In the spirit I can see she is a dancer worshiper before the Lord and I saw that when she does this, it creates earthquakes in the enemy camp. But,  in the natural, her feet would ache and hurt, the enemy was trying to stop her from doing this!

You also notice in movies and in real life people get demon possessed. And the movies make a big deal with special effects and all that,  I just pray that someday we can have christian movies with state of the art special effects amen! Special effects for God!

Remember when the enemy does something, if we know what to look for, moving in the opposite spirit can lead us into glory. Like with the lady’s feet.

So now if there’s demon possession, then there would be Holy Spirit possession. This is huge because how many people do you know that are possessed by the Holy Spirit? How many do you know that are demon possessed? A lot right? Just kidding! But this exposes an area we christians haven’t really tapped into and that’s letting the Holy Spirit possess us to a point we do everything He wants us to do and nothing on our own.

Is that possible you might ask? Well it happened more than once in the bible but for now let’s focus on Gideon.

Judges 6:34

“But the Spirit of the LORD came upon Gideon, and he blew a trumpet; and Abiezer was gathered after him.”

So the spirit of the Lord came upon or in other words possessed Gideon and allowed him to do what he couldn’t do by himself which is to lead and to have courage.

I’m leaning hard into this because I want us as Christians to turn the corner and start doing what the bible says we are to do. If God can use Gideon then he can use you, he can use me, he can even use a child if need be.

If demon possession can be a thing it’s only so because it is copying something else that is possible.

Just like there’s heads then there’s tails. You don’t know what to speak and you’re shy in front of people, let God use you and he will give you words to speak. I just saw this today actually. I came for a conference and my wife didn’t want to go because she’s shy and she certainly didn’t want to stand up and speak but guess what, she did it! And it was pretty good too I might add. The Holy Spirit gave her words to say. Did she practice, of course but you know how that goes you can practice but once you get up there with a room full of people your mind can go blank but no the Holy Spirit jumped in there and gave her words to speak Glory to God!

There’s so much we should be tapping into, not just letting the Holy Spirit have free reign.

Matthew 10:8

Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.

This should be normal to us! A way of life. How is it that the early church is walking in more power than today’s church? Lets get it back saints!

I truly love you all,

Overview

November is actually National Adoption Month. While that is great and fantastic, finding out as a child or any age for that matter, that you are adopted just sucks. Now it’s great that hey someone took you in but quite often your focus is on who are these people that didn’t want me or who thought I was trash and what makes it worse is these people are supposed to be my true biological parents!

I went through an abortion and a type of adoption. Well obviously I’m here so it didn’t go through but I guess you can say I had a brush with both.

Focusing on the adoption part, when I was a child I grew up with a white mom and a black dad. And I don’t have to tell you how much learning and your identity takes place from the age of 1 to 11. A LOT. I already had it ingrained and accepted in my brain that I was half white and half black. I watched my Father go through racism and I saw how it affected him. Matter of fact my parents sat me down as a child and they told me it’s ok to play with other kids of different color and the biggest effect was when they told me they had friends that were yellow, white, black and brown. And for some reason when they told me that I just thought that was the coolest thing ever.

Well it all came crashing down one day when they decided to get a divorce. Now the truth came out and I was devastated. Apparently the person whom I thought was my Mom was not my Mom and someone else was my Mom. Turns out this Mom couldn’t have babies so she wanted me to look at her as a real biological Mom and I did. The problem was during one of my times of being a young boy I got into some trouble and she called me back into the house and she slapped me so hard I flew back and fell down. Now the problem was it left a mark on my face and my lip was bleeding and swollen. So when my dad came home he was very upset and he began to take it out on her. Apparently my dad was the only one allowed to abuse me. So after this incident she didn’t feel like a mom anymore because my dad made it very clear. But yet I still loved them both through it all.

But now I know the truth and it’s time for me to seek out my biological mom. I thought maybe she was going to be this super mom but it turned out she had problems of her own.

I had questions like why did she give me up, was I not loveable?

But now I’m starting to notice and everyone else as well, that I was different. I didn’t talk like other kids in the neighborhood. A common phrase people would tell me was “stop acting so white”. Lol do you really think I’m trying this is just me being me. Can I be me and you be you, do I have to be like everyone else?

So not only did this situation make me feel I was adopted but I remember I ran into this word I heard at school. Bastard. I was like what is that word and I looked it up and I was shocked that it described my very own situation. My parents never married so I’m just this Bastard.

So my self-esteem was really low at this time. So I’m not the only one I know. There are some of you out there that went through this as well.

Adoption sucks because there’s someone that loves you obviously but again in the back of your head there’s a person that gave you up. What about the people or babies that were found in a trash bin, or born in the back of a chevy or even a closet!

This is where the Genius of God comes in. He makes it so that it doesn’t matter how you start. If you were the product of a rape, it doesn’t matter, incest or whatever. You see ALL babies are born with a GODLY PURPOSE, ALL BABIES MEAN ALL.

God doesn’t express his love to the angels, nor to the sun or moon. We are the only one he is in love with . God never took his focus off of us. He never cheated but we did! We took in idols!

Ephesians 1:4

“According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:”

Before God made the world, he had us in him and had plans for us before the world was even made. So it doesn’t matter how we start. Because we all have our own Christian walk to do.

Our identity is not from the backseat of a chevy but in christ Ephesians 1

Just like when parents go to the adoption agency, the PARENTS choose the baby. God Chooses us! Before the world. God didn’t choose the universe, angels, stars , no he chose us!

Adoption changes your identity. Our Identity is now tied to Christ. We are in Christ who has been blessed with every spiritual blessing and what did Jesus do with all of these blessings? Why he passed it on to us! We now, for those that have accepted Jesus, we have taken on the nature of Christ himself. All that wickedness and evil rebellion of the past is gone and lifted off!

Ephesians 1:5

“Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,”

It brings him Great pleasure in adopting us! And as you know it cost God something. Yes there’s a cost. It cost God EVERYTHING! His most prized love in his life, his one and only son that’s what it cost him.

It costs Jesus something too. He had to get a makeover. That’s right before you got your makeover Jesus had the very first makeover. He was the Word and moved around as the Word. But to save us Jesus came down to this earth and took on an earthly body with flesh. Now that is a makeover!

Ephesians 1:6

“To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.”

Jesus has accepted us! I mean really accepted us! You see man accepts you only because of what you can do.

You ever had a group of friends that always hung around you and the minute you ran out of money why they are gone too. Jesus is not like that.

I struggled with self acceptance for a long time. Then one day Jesus came to me and he said Jeno I accept you. And when he spoke I heard it. When he spoke I felt it go through my body. I felt acceptance go into my body. And deep down we each know that we have a long way to go to be perfect but Jesus accepts us now, while we are not perfect he accepts us.

So we have taken on this nature of Christ. 2 Peter.

2 Peter 1:4

“Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.”

This is what everyone is looking for! The divine nature. And when people don’t know where to go what happens? They go to the wrong place, they go to the devil, they go get a copy cat. The devil is a copycat but Our God is the original and is true power. The enemy has to lie to trick you but I tell you what, true power doesn’t have to lie!!!!!

Back on adoption. God has chosen you. Just like in real life you go and choose the best child to take home. God has done the same thing. God picked you out and said “This one is mine!”

1john 4:19 “we love because he first loved us” that’s the reason we love. He showed us!

If you are out there and you are thinking about adoption, I say go for it. There’s gonna be a great need for adoptions as Roe vs Wade is overturned. You can expect a baby boom and the need for adoption will probably rise but please do me one favor.

Please at your discretion, you’ll know the timing, tell your adoptive son or daughter about how Christ adopted us and that in fact we are all adopted. Every single one of us is adopted. And we couldn’t have asked for a better Dad than Daddy God! Let them know that as parents we are not perfect, there’s gonna be some mistakes but God is perfect. In fact our children are on loan to us. Children truly belong to God and he has entrusted us to be parents to these wonderful children for a time on the earth. We all go to heaven as HIS sons and daughters.

Remember there’s a God given plan for EVERY baby. Regardless of how it happened. Regardless if they were found in a trash can, that baby is NOT trash.

We are eternal beings. Every single one of us. We are eternal. As eternal beings each of us has to decide where we want to spend eternity. It’s called free will. You and I make a choice daily where we want to go.

Again it’s not so much how we start, where we start  but it’s all about how we finish! Some of us walk, some run, some speed but whatever you do, don’t stop, don’t quit  on your journey with Christ and finish strong, amen!

I truly love you all,

Paster Jeno

Gym Rat

August 9th, 2022

Overview

There are at least over 600 muscles in the human body. When I was younger I used to be a gym rat. I would always goto the gym. Now I was never big but I was skinny and strong.

In fact when I first started working out I knew nothing so what happened? I over worked out and I damaged my arms in a way that I can’t straighten them out all the way. I remember I was doing barbell curls and I just kept going and going well when I got done, my muscles were so tight I couldn’t straighten out my arm and my arm kept folding back up. It took a week to relax my arm back down but after that I was unable to straighten my arm out all the way. But hey it still works!

Now after a while of going to the gym my muscles began to respond. They were getting bigger. All that hard work was beginning to pay off.

The reason the gym works is because you are tricking your muscles to respond. You see,  if you do nothing then your muscles will not react. By putting a false load onto your muscles it causes them to react. This false load I call it false because you’re putting this load there that doesn’t need to be there. So when you put this load across your muscles whether it be your biceps, triceps or quads, the muscles sustain damage to its fibers. The muscle will heal itself by fusing these fibers together which in turn increases the size of the muscles.

So we can all agree a muscle will not grow unless it’s challenged.

Funny thing

Isn’t it funny how our walk with Christ and our faith is very similar. Our faith grows by sitting on the couch and watching movies, no. Our faith grows when there is a load put onto it just like a muscle and this causes our faith to grow.

Remember David. You can see how his faith grew. First was the lion attack he had to defend and the bear. Next came Goliath by this time David’s faith was mature. Notice faith disregards age.

Even though David was younger than most men dressed for battle, his faith was more mature, even more mature than the King, King Saul at the time. So this means a child, a teenager or a young adult, could very well be more Faithfully mature than you!

Or you might have strong faith in most areas but you might have little faith in let’s say healing. Another person then might have strong faith in healing but lack faith in the very areas that you are strong in. See how we can fit like a puzzle, a true body of Christ, when we get together and put our squabbling aside.

So my question to you is, how can faith grow without a challenge?

Even Gold

Gold has to go through it. One of the techniques used in processing gold ore is to use cyanide, yes that’s right cyanide! You put the gold ore in a tank along with zinc and a cyanide solution which then causes the ore to separate from the gold.

In another process you can take the gold ore and smash it to pieces, yes smash it into tiny little rocks and this goes through a filter process as well.

Either way it goes, it doesn’t seem like a fun process for gold.

But doesn’t this look like life sometimes? We can go through challenges and it just feels terrible but afterwards you can look back and see how it changed you.

Life can feel like we go through a smashing process sometimes. Life also can seem like we have taken some cyanide as well from being in toxic relationships of all kinds could be from work or from personal relationships or even family or people we seem to meet randomly.

It just seems that to just get to the good stuff there’s pain involved.

Just ask Jesus, he died for us and rose again to free us from the penalty of sin at the very least.

So whatever it is that we go through, remember it’s Jesus that paid the ultimate price for us. Before you were backstabbed at work, Jesus was backstabbed. Luke 22:22

Before someone whom you loved divorced you(turn their back on you) it happened to God. Luke 10:18

Before the IRS came after you , it came after Jesus(fish with coin) Matthew 17:27

Conclusion

Just like going to the gym can increase our strength and our size by putting a load on your muscles, Life has a way of putting its load on us. But when we come out of that situation that we had found ourselves in regardless of how we got there, we come out stronger and wiser.

But there are times that the load we are going through  is too heavy to bear. If that is happening to you right now I want you to know, Jesus went through that too when he said let this cup pass from me, but not my will be done let it be yours Father.  When we are overwhelmed we always ask that our Fathers will be done in our lives that’s the modest wisest decision we can make. Jesus also is giving us a helping hand with this verse.

1 Peter 5:7 (amp)

7 casting all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully].

Jesus watches over you. It may not seem like it but he does.

Furthermore in KJV verse:

Matthew 11:28-30

28

Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

29

Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

30

For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

When you’re feeling overwhelmed, bring it to the Lord. It says his yoke is easy and his burden is light.

Bring it before the Lord whatever it is and let him deal with it. Let him deal with any anxiety, depression or anything else just give it to him and let him begin the healing process for you.

Lord Jesus it says in the word to come to you. I come to you now. This is too much. This burden that I have is too much. Please take it from me.

(you can do a prophetic act and cup your hands and give it to Jesus)

(Inhale and exhale deeply) pause and let the Lord begin to work in you

Now being freed from that burden I now take upon your yoke for your yoke is easy.

Thank you Jesus. For healing me, for watching over me, I can now claim victory in the mighty name of Jesus! Amen!

Now if you’re reading this you might say hmm i sure don’t feel like victory. Let me tell you something. Some people haven’t even made it to this prayer, the fact that you prayed this prayer you are victorious and your life will begin to change, one day at a time.

I truly love you all,

Pastor/ Coach Jeno
