Summary:

Fasting is a part of every Believer’s life. Fasting is powerful and it’s important to test the spirits as not all spiritual encounters are from God. There are many benefits to fasting and I have listed a few but there are far more benefits.  When a leader is prompted to fast by God, it blesses the ministry, the company, or even a nation!

Notes:

1. Fasting is must and a way of life for Christians
2. It is advantage for you to fast in secret; not to boast
3. Fasting is REPLACING your meals with worship/prayer/reading the Word of God
4. Be sure to test the spirits, but not to be afraid, for you have great power in Christ
5. Breakthroughs can happen after you fast
